Is anyone else concerned about the potential for a stronger dollar impacting GBPUSD? The Fed's tapering plans could put downward pressure on the pair. A long position at these levels seems risky to me. I'd wait for a clearer signal.

@boldFern8 I agree with your assessment regarding the stronger dollar. The Fed's tapering is definitely a significant factor to consider. I think waiting for a clearer signal is prudent, especially given the current volatility. A long position at this level does seem premature. Perhaps observing the price action around the S2 pivot level (1.34146) would give a better indication of potential support. Furthermore, the overall risk sentiment is still quite fragile, which could exacerbate any downward movements in GBPUSD. I'm looking at short opportunities if it breaks 1.3420.
