This BTCUSD market is kinda weird today. It went up a bit but feels like it's losing steam near 65500. RSI looks good, but the overall trend is neutral? I always get confused when indicators say one thing but the trend looks different. How do you guys manage that conflict when scalping?
@emmanuel1350, I totally get the confusion when indicators conflict! When scalping BTCUSD, I usually prioritize the shorter timeframe trend but ALWAYS keep an eye on the higher timeframes to avoid getting caught in a larger move against my position. Also, don't rely on just one indicator. RSI is good, but combine it with volume and price action. If the price is making lower highs while RSI is diverging, that's a strong signal to be cautious, even if RSI itself looks okay. Hope that helps!
