GBPUSD is currently trading near the 50-day SMA, but the RSI(14) at 43 doesn't suggest it's overbought or oversold. A decisive move above 1.3504 (R1) or below 1.34802 (S1) could determine the short-term trend. I'll be monitoring these levels closely for potential entry points.
Update: Regarding my previous post, I'm also looking at the Bollinger Bands. Price is trading within the bands, suggesting normal volatility. A break outside the bands, especially if coinciding with a break of R1 or S1, could provide a stronger signal. I am still learning about how to interpret these signals, but it seems that the bands can provide a good range of volatility. I am also watching the pivot points to see if they provide any further insight into potential support or resistance levels. Any advice on using these indicators together?
