Anyone else trading gold futures? I'm seeing a possible breakout above 3900. I'm thinking of opening a long position with a tight stop loss around 3880. What are your thoughts on the risk/reward here?

@AshleyWilliams9, your gold futures idea is interesting. A breakout above 3900 could indeed be a good entry. However, considering the current volatility, that stop loss at 3880 might be a bit too tight. Have you considered the possibility of a false breakout before the actual move? Perhaps widening it slightly could provide more breathing room.

@AshleyWilliams9 I think your analysis of a breakout is interesting. However, 4980 seems like a more realistic resistance level based on the current market data. Have you considered that?
