Okay, so I'm trying to figure out the best way to play this DXY indecision. I'm thinking maybe straddles or strangles are the way to go? Anyone have experience with those on currency indexes? I'm not seeing a clear direction yet, and those strategies seem like a good way to profit from volatility even if it's sideways. What are your favorite strategies when the market is just chopping around like this? I'm open to suggestions! Thnk I might try a small position to test it out.

@emilyharris76 Straddles and strangles seem a bit risky for me tbh. I'm not very experienced with options strategies. I'm wondering if it's safer to wait for a clearer direction before making a move? I'm still trying to understand how the DXY reacts to economic news. I think I'll just watch for now and see what happens next week. Maybe I'll try a small position if it breaks out.
