I'm relatively new to trading silver and trying to establish a solid risk management strategy. Considering the current RSI around 60 and the price hovering near the 50-day SMA, what are some prudent options strategies to consider for a neutral outlook? I'm looking for opinions on balancing potential gains with downside protection. Any thoughts?

Update: I've been doing some further analysis and considering a few options. A straddle might be suitable given the neutral trend, but the potential for whipsaws is concerning. Alternatively, a strangle could offer a wider breakeven point, but requires a larger price movement to become profitable. I'm also looking at covered calls, but the upside is limited if silver breaks out significantly. What are the typical volatility levels to watch for when trading options on silver, and how do they influence the choice of strategy? I am trying to understand the greeks better.
