Saw that spike earlier and wondered what was going on. Gold seems to be moving around a lot today. I'm still learning the charts, so it's hard to tell if it's a real move or just some noise. Anyone else catching these quick ups and downs?

Yeah, trying to stick to the chart patterns is what I'm aiming for. It's just so tempting to jump on news, especially when you're looking for quick gains. I'm also trying to understand support and resistance better. Sometimes it feels like the price just bounces off thin air, you know? Need to find some good resources on how to spot those levels reliably without getting faked out by liquidity grabs. It's a steep learning curve for sure.
