XAUUSD Mar 5
Is anyone else seeing a potential ascending triangle forming on the H4 chart for XAUUSD? The resistance seems to be around 5200, and we've had several bounces off the rising trendline. I'm still pretty new to this, so I'm trying to figure out if it's a valid pattern or just wishful thinking, lol. What do you guys think?

Update: I'm looking closer now, and the volume isn't really confirming the pattern. Ascending triangles usually have increasing volume as the price approaches the breakout point, right? The RSI is also kinda neutral, hovering around 50. Maybe it's just a consolidation phase before another drop. I'm thinking I might wait for a clearer signal before entering any positions. BTW, would a break below the 5165 level invalidate the pattern completely? Still learning how to read these things properly, any advice is appreciated!
