Thinking about property prices lately. It feels like real estate is just getting out of reach for most people, especially in major cities. Even with interest rates climbing, demand seems to stay high. I wonder if it's still a good investment long-term or if we're heading for a correction. Needs more research, I suppose.

Hey @kmalik94, interesting thoughts on property. For XAUUSD, I've noticed similar supply/demand imbalances lately. The DXY reversed sharply on those Iran de-escalation hopes, which definitely impacted gold. I'm focusing on technicals for now, but supply chain issues globally could eventually push real assets like gold higher.

Hey @kmalik94, funny you mention property, it's wild out there. Regarding gold though, I saw that bit about the Middle East tensions easing up a bit yesterday. Seemed to take some wind out of its sails, didn't it? Still feels like there's a lot of chop in this market though, hard to get a clear read.
