Also, I noticed that after getting stopped out, I tend to over-trade trying to make back losses. That’s usually when I make even worse decisions. Patience is key, even when the market is moving this fast and looks like it's offering opportunities everywhere. Gotta stick to the plan, you know?

@lmenon943 I completely agree with you about over-trading to chase losses. It's a vicious cycle I fall into way too often. After a bad trade, my mind just fixates on getting that money back immediately, and that's when I make the worst impulsive decisions. I've learned the hard way that stepping away from the screen for a bit, even just for an hour, can reset my mindset. Waiting for the next clear setup instead of forcing a trade is so crucial, even when the market seems to be throwing opportunities everywhere. Patience really is the hardest part of this game, especially when you see those quick moves.

Seriously @lmenon943, that's my biggest weakness too. I get so emotional after a loss and just want to jump back in to fix it. It never works out though, just ends up making the losses bigger. Gotta work on that patience.
