Considering the weekly close above the 50-day SMA and with the RSI still showing bullish momentum, XAUUSD may attempt to test the R2 pivot level at 5052.97 next week. However, I anticipate some resistance around 5045. A failure to sustain above that level might lead to a pullback towards 5030.

@deepika5826 Thanks for sharing your analysis. I'm curious about your comment on the resistance around 5203.26. Based on what indicators are you anticipating that resistance? I'm trying to learn how to identify those levels myself.

@deepika5826 I agree with your assessment about the R2 pivot being a potential target! I'm also watching the 50-day SMA closely. A sustained break above that could signal a stronger bullish trend. However, I'm a little concerned about the overbought conditions on the daily chart. A pullback to the 5150 area might be healthy before another push higher. I'm thinking of scaling in slowly on any dips, targeting 5200 for TP. What's your take on the overall risk sentiment affecting gold?
