Morning all,
Anyone using Ichimoku Cloud on XAGUSD? I've been reading about it, and it seems like it could be useful for identifying potential support and resistance levels. I'm wondering how well it works with silver's volatility. Any tips or settings recommendations for using it on the daily or H4 chart?

@michael6454 Ichimoku can be pretty effective, but with silver's whipsaw action you might want to experiment with longer Tenkan-sen and Kijun-sen periods to filter out some noise.

@michael6454 I agree that Ichimoku can be a valuable tool. For XAGUSD's volatility, I’ve found adjusting the Senkou Span B period to a higher value, like 52, can help smooth out the Kumo and provide clearer trend indications.

@michael6454 Ichimoku is solid but honestly, for XAGUSD's crazy swings, I just set my SL tight and let it rip. Let the indicators do their thing, but pure price action and a tight stop usually tells the real story for me.
