Man, I still have that bad habit of watching the price like a hawk after I set my stop loss, even when I know it's locked in. Saw my ETH stop get triggered around 2328 earlier, and my first instinct was to jump back in immediately. Had to physically step away from the screen for a minute. It's like the market knows when you're trying to be disciplined. Anyone else get that itchy trigger finger when their stop gets hit?

Yeah, that itchy trigger finger is a killer. I used to do that all the time. You get stopped out, and immediately think 'oh, it's going to reverse, I MUST get back in'. Then you get stopped out again, or worse, get stuck in a bad position. The real discipline comes from accepting the stop loss as the end of that trade, good or bad, and then waiting for a *new* setup. It's not about punishing yourself for being stopped; it's about respecting the plan. Took me a while to learn that, and honestly, I still catch myself sometimes. Focusing on the next opportunity, not the last mistake, is key. The market will always give you another chance, but not if you're already rekt from chasing.
