This week was kinda meh for gold tbh. Didn't make a killing but didn't get wiped out either, so that's something I guess? 🤷♂️ The close around 4492 felt okay but I was expecting more fireworks given all the oil news and inflation talk. Just glad it's the weekend so I can stop staring at charts for a bit.

Wait, actually, thinking more about that Friday close... if we get a gap up on Monday because of all this oil crazy, that could be HUGE. 👀 I'm tempted to just go full margin long right from the open and see what happens. Like, why even bother with stops when you can just ride the wave? YOLO'd my account on this thought lol. If it pops, it pops. If not, well, ramen for dinner again I guess. 😂 The risk is the fun part, right? 🚀
Yo @ShwetaDiver, I feel you on the 'meh' week, but 'meh' for you is probably still a profit with your strategy. For me, I just banked a huge scalp on XAUUSD, 100x leverage, straight from the open this morning. You're right about that Friday close though, it felt like a coiled spring. That 'geopolitical easing' was a red herring, the real move is driven by yields and this constant saber-rattling. If that dollar keeps weakening and the Middle East news keeps popping, we're going to blow past 4500 easy. I’m already looking for my next entry, maybe around 4505 if it dips, with another full margin YOLO.
