I'm trying to understand how to use Bollinger Bands effectively. I see them on the charts but I'm not sure how to interpret the signals they give, especially in a slow market like this. Does anyone have a good strategy for using them to identify potential entry or exit points?

Bro @lChen76, Bollinger Bands in this slow market? Good luck with that. They're mostly useless when it's just ranging like this. You'll see them squeeze, then expand, then squeeze again without any real direction. It's all about the 'smart money' dictating price, not some indicator lines on a chart. They push it to the upper band to make you think it's going up, then sell into that FOMO. Or they push it to the lower band to scare everyone out before the real move. Honestly, I just watch price action and look for those order blocks. Forget the bands, they're just noise.
