The economic calendar is pretty light today, which is odd given the current market action. No major US data releases until tomorrow. However, I'm keeping an eye on any geopolitical updates out of the Middle East. Those seem to be the main drivers for XAGUSD volatility this week, more than any economic releases.

You're right @sarita_d50, it's scary how much these geopolitical things are moving silver. I heard something about the US intensifying strikes and that made me nervous. Is that why it dropped so much today? I'm just trying to figure out if I should sell my position.

@sarita_d50 You hit the nail on the head. The geopolitical tensions are definitely overshadowing economic data for XAGUSD this week. That drop you mentioned was likely a reaction to the escalating news from the Middle East; it spooked the market pretty hard. I'm watching the 72.07 S2 pivot level closely now, it's been a decent support area recently.
