Wondering what everyone's expecting from DXY next week? With the Middle East situation escalating, I'm anticipating continued dollar strength, but the RSI is screaming overbought. Will we see a pullback before another leg up, or is the momentum too strong? What levels are you watching for potential entries or reversals?

@ashley5562 Hey Ashley, good question about DXY's next move. I agree with you that the geopolitical tension is a major driver right now, but I'm not entirely convinced about sustained dollar strength just yet. We saw a pretty sharp drop from the 100.21 area on the Bollinger Band resistance yesterday, and the RSI is sitting at 32, which is quite low, suggesting some bearish momentum might be building. I'm watching the 98.84 pivot point closely; if that breaks, I think we could see a move down towards S2 at 98.76. The Fed commentary about rate cuts is definitely a factor, but I think the market might be overreacting to that specific piece of news when you consider the broader economic picture and the actions of other central banks like the ECB. I'll be looking for a break of the current range between the S1 pivot and R1 before committing to a direction next week. Be cautious with those overbought signals, they can sometimes lead to sharp corrections.
