Is the RSI on ETHUSD really overbought right now? I'm seeing 70.2 on my chart. Does that mean it's likely to drop soon? Still learning how to read these signals properly. Any advice?

Update: I'm also looking at the SMA values. The 20 SMA is above the 50 SMA, but both are below the 200 SMA. Does that complicate things? Trying to understand how the different indicators work together.
