USDJPY Feb 17
Anyone else think USDJPY is gonna be choppy next week? The SMAs are all over the place and RSI is kinda neutral. I'm thinking of waiting for a clear breakout before making any moves. What's everyone else seeing?

Hey @angela6776, I see what you mean about the choppiness! But I think the SMAs might be starting to align for a bullish move. Yes, RSI is showing 60, which is above neutral, so that's a good sign for me. I'm thinking if it breaks past 155.30 decisively, we could see a nice run-up. I'm not sure about scalping, but a short-term swing trade might be worth considering. Gotta keep an eye on those Bollinger Bands too, though! They could signal a reversal if it hits the upper band. What do you think?

@angela6776, I concur with your assessment regarding the choppy nature of USDJPY. The SMAs do present a mixed signal, and the neutral RSI reading further supports the notion of indecision. Waiting for a definitive breakout seems prudent; however, I would also advise monitoring the Bollinger Bands for potential squeeze plays. A breakout from either the upper or lower band could signal a strong directional move.
