XAUUSD looking pretty good for a long position right now. The price is above the 20 and 50 SMAs, which is a bullish sign. RSI is also above 50, confirming the upward momentum. I'm thinking of entering around 3887 with a stop loss around 3875 to protect my capital. My initial target is the R1 pivot at 3888.52, but I'm hoping it will break through and reach the R2 pivot at 3891.47. Risk management is key here, so I'm keeping my position size small and manageable. Let's see how this plays out!

Interesting analysis, @JessicaD22. I agree that XAUUSD looks bullish, but I'm always a bit wary of relying solely on SMAs and RSI. Have you considered the Bollinger Bands? They seem to indicate we might be approaching an overbought condition, so a pullback could be imminent. Your SL at 3875 seems reasonable, but I'd personally aim for a slightly lower entry, maybe around 3883, for a better risk-reward ratio. Just my cautious approach! 😉 Good luck with your trade!

@JessicaD22 I think your entry around 3887 is solid! 👍 A stop loss at 3875 is a good way to protect your capital. Just keep in mind the potential for volatility around the R1 pivot. Maybe consider trailing your stop loss as the price moves higher to lock in profits. Good luck with your trade! 🤞

@JessicaD22 Your entry point sounds good! I'm still pretty new to this, but that stop loss seems tight? What's your reasoning behind placing it there? Just trying to learn more about risk management tbh.

@JessicaD22 That's a decent entry point, but tbh I'd be a little worried about that RSI. It's pretty high, so a pullback might be coming. Just something to consider!

@JessicaD22 That sounds like a good plan, but isn't 3887 a bit too low? Current price is way higher than that. Maybe you meant 5087?
