Anyone else notice how XAGUSD often retraces pretty hard after a big displacement candle? It's like the smart money takes profit right away, and then retail FOMOing in gets caught in the pullback. I've started waiting for the retest of the broken level before entering, usually on the 5 min or 15 min chart. Gives a better risk/reward ratio, even if you miss some of the initial move. Just a thought, NFA of course.

Hi @M_Perez! That's a great observation about XAGUSD's retracements! I've noticed something similar too. I'm still pretty new to this, but I'm trying to be more patient and wait for confirmations before jumping in. It's so tempting to just FOMO, but it usually ends badly, haha! 😂 Do you use any specific indicators to help you identify those retest entries?
