Hey @finley968, I'm still pretty new to this. I keep hearing about 'FVG' and how important it is for entries. Is it something you use a lot? I've been trying to figure out how to spot them on the BTCUSD chart but it's a bit confusing. Any tips for a beginner trying to catch those big moves?

Yeah, it's definitely tricky to spot. I've been looking at that chart too and it seems like the price is just hovering around the 200 SMA now. Maybe the FVG isn't as obvious as I thought. I'm gonna try and focus on finding that big displacement candle instead, like you said in your post. Gotta trust the process!
@lily90 I know what you mean about FVGs, they can be super confusing at first! I've been looking at the BTCUSD chart and honestly, with this kind of volatility and the price action we're seeing today, it's hard to even spot clear FVGs. Maybe we should focus on simpler support/resistance levels for now? That 70615 S2 pivot looks important.
@lily90 FVGs are just fancy names for empty price pockets they love to fill. This whole chart is a mess of stop hunts and fakeouts. Don't waste your time trying to find 'perfect' entries with all this manipulation going on. Just wait for the obvious moves and try not to get rekt.

@lily90 Yeah, those FVGs can be a trap if you don't see the bigger picture. This price action looks like it's just churning, not really setting up for a clear FVG play right now. Patience is key.
