Alright, gold bugs, what's the consensus on XAUUSD heading into next week? Think we'll see it test that 5000 level again, or is it time for a pullback? I'm seeing mixed signals, so I'm curious what everyone else is thinking. Any thoughts on key levels to watch?

@brian4186, I agree that XAUUSD is showing mixed signals right now. The fact that it's hovering around the 50-day SMA suggests there's a battle between bulls and bears. I'm personally watching the pivot points closely. If it breaks below S1 at 4914.69, we could see a further drop towards S2 at 4893.83. Conversely, a break above R1 at 4973.9 might signal a retest of that 5000 level you mentioned. Keeping an eye on those levels is crucial!

@brian4186 I'm with you on the mixed signals. I'm watching the 50 SMA on the H4 chart. If it breaks below that, I think we could see a deeper pullback. But if it holds, then maybe the bullish trend continues. Could go either way tbh.
