This slippage on XAUUSD today is just wild, man. Trying to get a decent entry and the price just jumps like 15 ticks against me. My broker claims it's 'market volatility' but it feels more like they're padding their pockets on every trade. So frustrating when you're trying to execute a clean strategy.

Seriously though, the spreads are also widening like crazy during these NY overlap sessions. Makes it nearly impossible to hold a swing position without getting stopped out by pure noise. I'm starting to think about looking for a new broker if this keeps up, it's costing me money.

Yeah, I feel you @eseosaosaze. The slippage was insane on Friday, made me hesitate on a few entries. Almost felt like the market makers were just trying to shake everyone out before the weekend close. Gotta watch those order flows carefully next week.
