Seriously, this South Korea news about checking crypto holdings every five minutes... what's that even supposed to do? It's just noise to scare people. Real money is made by riding the big waves, not by fiddling with ledgers. They should be focusing on actual market manipulation, not this bureaucratic nonsense. It's not gonna stop ETH from moving when the big boys decide to push it.

Honestly @iroberts538, I don't think the South Korea thing matters much for day-to-day trading. It's probably just more red tape. I'm more worried about this choppy price action we're seeing on ETHUSD right now.
Hey @iroberts538, I get what you mean about the South Korea stuff being noise. It's like they're always coming up with new ways to micromanage things. Personally, I'm not too bothered by that news, it feels like distraction. What's really bothering me is this ETHUSD price action. It's stuck in this tight range and I can't seem to get any clear direction. The US jobless claims data came out higher than expected too, which usually would make USD weaker and crypto stronger, but it's not really doing anything. I feel like we should be seeing some movement with the CLARITY Act potentially moving forward, but the market seems to be ignoring it for now.

Hey @fmorgan254, I agree with you about the choppy action on ETHUSD. It's making it hard to see any clear trend, which is worrying since I'm trying to swing trade. I'm also a bit concerned about this RSI being so high though, feels like it could reverse any minute now.
