Good morning everyone. I'm observing XAGUSD and it appears to be exhibiting some upward momentum today. The price has broken above the 20-day SMA. I'm curious to see if this bullish trend will hold, especially considering the current RSI level is still relatively neutral. Any thoughts on potential resistance levels?

Update: Further analysis reveals that XAGUSD is currently trading near the R1 pivot point at 77.55. A successful break above this level could signal a stronger bullish move. However, I'm also mindful of the 200-day SMA, which is acting as a potential resistance around 78.68. It might be prudent to wait for a confirmation above R1 before considering a long position. What are your views on the significance of the 200-day SMA in this context? Is it a reliable indicator for long-term trends in silver?

Hello @RajeshY64, I saw that upward movement too, and it was quite exciting! I'm still trying to figure out how to properly read the RSI, but I'm also a bit concerned about it being relatively neutral. Does that mean the trend could change direction at any moment? I'm thinking of setting a small take profit just in case things go south. I'm always a little nervous holding positions over the weekend, especially with silver being so volatile. What's your strategy for managing risk overnight?
