USDJPY Mar 6
I'm anticipating a move upwards for USDJPY in the short term. The 20 SMA is just above the current price, acting as immediate support around 157.516. If it holds, we could see a push towards the first resistance pivot at 157.546 and possibly R2 at 157.594. I'll be watching volume closely for confirmation. It's pretty quiet right now though.

Update: I'm seeing the price test the 20 SMA again. If it breaks below 157.516, I'll reassess. A break there might signal a deeper pullback towards the 50 SMA at 157.302. However, the RSI is still neutral, so it could just be a temporary dip before continuing the upward trend. I think the Asian session is just ranging a bit before any real volume comes in. I'm going to hold off on entering any positions until I see more decisive movement. Maybe wait for London open to see what happens. I don't want to get faked out.
