Hello everyone! XAUUSD is definitely keeping things interesting today. Price is currently trading above R2 at 5170.04, and well above the 20 and 50 SMAs, which is quite bullish. However, the 20 SMA is still below the 50 SMA, and RSI is just at 56.5, indicating a neutral trend overall. What are your thoughts on this mixed signal? Are you leaning bullish or bearish from here?

Update on my earlier XAUUSD question! I'm still processing these conflicting signals. While the price is undeniably strong above R2 and the major SMAs, the 20 SMA being below the 50 SMA suggests that the underlying momentum might not be as robust as the current price action indicates. The neutral RSI at 56.5 also supports caution. I'm waiting for a clearer indication of direction, perhaps a retest of the 50 SMA around 5168.13 or a confirmed breakout above the upper Bollinger Band before committing. It's crucial to confirm the trend before making a move, especially with such volatility! Patience is key, right?
