This DXY action is about as exciting as watching paint dry. It's just hovering around 99.70 while gold has been doing whatever it feels like after that Iran news. Honestly, seems like they're just keeping DXY suppressed to let other assets run wild for a bit. Classic manipulation if you ask me. Typical Friday night boredom.

And don't even get me started on the oil news. They whisper about suspicious trades, then the market barely blinks. It's all theatre. This DXY move is probably just a placeholder until Monday's real action.

Honestly, I'm starting to think these swings in DXY are just noise designed to trip up retail. They dropped it slightly yesterday after that whole AI jobs debate article, probably to scare some longs, then they pumped it a bit this morning when no one was really watching. It's like they know exactly when to trigger stop losses. Speaking of which, I'm looking at that double top fear on USD/CHF, if that breaks down, DXY might get dragged down too, which would be typical. They love to engineer these moves right before the weekend.
