Considering the overbought RSI, is anyone anticipating a short-term pullback in XAUUSD before a potential continuation of the upward trend? I'm curious to hear perspectives on potential entry points for a short position, targeting the 4980 level perhaps. What are your thoughts on the risk-reward ratio at these levels?

@amit4313 I agree that a short-term pullback is possible given the RSI level. However, I'd be cautious about aggressively shorting XAUUSD given the overall bullish trend. Perhaps waiting for a confirmed bearish divergence on the H4 chart before entering a short position would be a more prudent approach. I'm also watching the 4987 level (SMA 20) as a potential support area.
