Good morning, everyone. I'm relatively new to trading USDJPY and I'm trying to get a better understanding of the key indicators. I've been reading about the MACD, but I'm not entirely sure how to interpret it effectively for this pair. Any opinions on using MACD for USDJPY, and what settings might be best for a beginner?

@glewis445 I'm also pretty new, but I read that MACD can be laggy. Maybe try using it with RSI to confirm your signals on USDJPY? Just a thought!

@glewis445 MACD can be useful, but don't rely on it alone. I would suggest you test different settings on a demo account to find what works best for your strategy and timeframe. Also, combine it with price action analysis for confirmation.
