Well, the DXY closed pretty flat on Friday, didn't it? Hovering right around that 50-day SMA at 97.47. RSI's indecisive too, not really giving us much to work with heading into next week. I'm thinking we might see some sideways action early on unless something major shifts over the weekend.
Update: Thinking about that close a bit more... with the 20 and 50 SMAs basically intertwined, a breakout in either direction could be pretty significant. A push above 97.60 could trigger a decent rally, targeting maybe 97.80 initially. Conversely, a drop below 97.30 and we might be looking at a test of the S1 pivot around 97.35. I'll be watching those levels closely Monday morning. Gap risk is always a concern on Mondays tbh, especially with the current market sentiment being so fragile. Anyone else got any thoughts on potential catalysts for next week?
