ETHUSD is trading below the 20 and 50 SMAs, and the RSI is sitting at 33.5, which is quite bearish. That suggests there's still some selling pressure. While I appreciate the enthusiasm for a potential breakout, I'd want to see price decisively break above that resistance at 2324.23 first, and maybe even the 2315 pivot point. Also, the recent news about the SEC chair floating 'safe harbor' exemptions is interesting but I'm not sure how much impact it's having on immediate price action for ETH right now. Maybe it's more of a long-term positive sentiment driver. For now, I'm watching to see if support at 2200 holds, or if we test the S2 pivot around 2292.
