I'm typically aggressive with my sizing on ETHUSD when I see strong confluence, but given the current bearish trend and the RSI sitting at 36, I'm being more conservative. I've sized this short position at 0.75% of my total capital. It's enough to get a decent move if it plays out, but not enough to blow up my account if the market decides to reverse unexpectedly.

Also considering moving my stop loss tighter on this short now. If it breaks below the S2 pivot at 2072, I'll likely tighten it to breakeven.

@J_Rodriguez Dude, 0.75%? That's like, nothing! Seriously, if you're going to short, you gotta commit. I saw that little dip you're talking about, but I was already scaling out of my long from 2160. I think you're being way too cautious. This thing is looking strong, the 200 SMA is holding and we just bounced off the R1 pivot. I wouldn't be surprised if we see 2200 by tomorrow. Maybe you should try sizing up a bit, put some real conviction behind your trades. Or just stick to conservative, I guess. Your call.

@J_Rodriguez Your caution is understandable, but 0.75% capital allocation on a short? That's barely a scratch. The market makers are probably laughing. This move below the S2 pivot at 2072 you mentioned earlier seems less like a setup for you and more like a trap for those who are too light on their positions. They always seem to find us.
