And about those spreads, it's not just slippage. The actual price seems to jump around so much in just a few seconds, making it almost impossible to get an entry where you want it. I saw the price go down a bit, thought it was a good time to go long, but then it just spiked up and I got filled at a worse rate. It's like the market makers are controlling the price during these quiet times. I'm really questioning if this is even fair trading. I saw the news about the US Dollar getting stronger because of Middle East tensions, and I thought that would make gold fall more, but it's so confusing. I'm down a bit on my position now and just watching it, hoping it doesn't get worse.
