Anyone else getting killed by slippage on XAGUSD today? I swear, every time I try to enter a position, I get filled at least 20-30 pips worse than I expected. It's making it impossible to trade effectively, especially with the current volatility. Thinking about switching brokers, but honestly, they all seem to pull the same crap.

And it's not just the entry, it's the stop losses too. I had a tight stop set at 85.50, and it triggered even though the price barely touched that level on the chart. I know stops are never guaranteed, but this feels like blatant manipulation. Makes me wonder if they're widening spreads intentionally to trigger stops and collect fees. I've backtested my strategy extensively, and it's profitable on paper, but the real-world execution is just brutal. Maybe I should start factoring in an extra cushion for slippage and spread widening, but that would significantly reduce my potential profits. Or maybe switch to futures... less spread issues there, right? Anyone else made that switch?

I understand your frustration with slippage and stop execution, @kking632. We've certainly seen elevated volatility today. My execution has been fairly standard, though I'm always vigilant with my order types and market conditions when entering positions. Sometimes, a simple market order can lead to unexpected fills in such environments.
