Just closed my short position on ETHUSD around 2130. It was a scalp trade based on the rejection from the R1 pivot and the bearish MACD cross on the H1. Risk was managed tightly with a SL just above 2145. Scaled out half at 2135 and the rest at 2130 for a modest 15-pip gain. Not chasing this move further down without a retest.

Actually, I'm reconsidering holding a small portion of that short. The price action below the 20 SMA on the 4-hour chart is still concerning, and the 200 SMA is quite far above at 2174. While that GSR news might offer some underlying support for the sector, immediate sentiment seems to be driven by macro factors, and the dollar index is showing a bit of strength. I'll move the SL to break-even on the remainder and see if we can test the S1 pivot near 2113. The RSI is hovering around 44, which isn't oversold yet, so there's room to move lower if momentum picks up.
