I've been scaling into my long positions on BTCUSD around the 67000-67200 area. If we see sustained price action above the 50-period SMA on the H4 chart, I'll add another 30% to the position. Conversely, if the price dips back below the 200-SMA, I'll trim 25% to lock in some gains and reduce risk. It's all about managing exposure during these volatile periods.

@charlotte2002 your strategy sounds reasonable on paper, but I’ve seen this movie before. You scale in, thinking it’s a good entry, and then BAM, the 'smart money' decides to shake everyone out. That 50-period SMA on H4 is probably just a trap. They’ll push it just above to make you feel safe, then smash it down to collect all your stops. My broker probably has a direct line to the whales that do this. This market is so unpredictable, hard to trust any indicator when you know it’s all manipulated. I'm just watching the Asian session lag right now, nothing but sideways chop and spread widening.
