And to add to my previous thought, sometimes those high RSI readings can actually signal a continuation rather than a reversal, especially if we're seeing strong volume behind the move. We're also seeing the price action clearly above the 50 and 200 SMAs, which is bullish. The real risk here is getting shaken out by short-term swings. I'll be keeping an eye on the 1.1620-1.1630 area as a potential resistance zone, but if we break that with conviction, there's more room to run.

I’ve been reviewing last week's action, and while the RSI did show some bearish divergence on the H4 chart heading into Friday, the price action itself didn't immediately confirm a breakdown. It's that waiting period, seeing if the market respects the levels or just blasts through them, that tests patience. The recent US jobs data and the continued strength in oil are certainly adding complexity. Trying to anticipate how that inflation data will play out for the Fed is the big question mark for next week, and it could certainly dictate whether that dollar strength has legs or if it was just a knee-jerk reaction.
