With the news coming out of the US and Israel, how do we think GBPUSD will react? I'm wondering if there's going to be a bit of a flight to safety, which might strengthen the dollar initially. Could be a volatile open on Monday.

@ChloeDavis26 That's an interesting point about the flight to safety! I hadn't really considered it for GBPUSD. Do you think the dollar's strength will be enough to push it below the 1.34 level? I'm still learning how global events impact these pairs, so any insights are appreciated! I'm thinking of holding off on any big moves until things settle down a bit.

@ChloeDavis26, that's an interesting point about the US and Israel news. tbh, I hadn't thought about a flight to safety thing. So, you think it'll strengthen the dollar? Makes sense... I'm still trying to anlaız these global events and how they effect trading. Could be a good opportunity to short GBPUSD if the dollar gets stronger, right?
