Looking at USDJPY's action this New York session, the volume doesn't seem to be confirming this bearish move at all. We're seeing a slight dip in price, but the overall trading volume is pretty subdued. Usually, a strong bearish trend would be accompanied by increasing volume, especially on a pair this active. This could suggest that the sellers are not fully committed, or perhaps there's just a lot of choppy sideways action before the next leg. I'm not seeing a clear conviction here, which makes me a bit hesitant to jump into any short positions just yet.
