I've been using a scaling strategy on EURUSD recently to manage risk. I typically enter with a smaller position size initially, around 0.25%, and then add to it as the price moves in my favor, based on key levels and RSI confirmation. Conversely, I scale out by taking partial profits at pre-defined targets, reducing my exposure as the trade progresses. This approach allows me to capitalize on potential upside while limiting downside risk if the trade reverses.

Also, I'm watching the 50 SMA closely... if price drops below it, I'll probably reduce my position further or even close it entirely. I find combining the scaling strategy with moving averages helps me stay objective and avoid emotional decisions. The news about the dollar weakening is also a factor in my strategy...
@saima6865 I like your scaling strategy, it's smart to manage risk in this volatile market. I've been burned before by going all in at once. Do you adjust your initial position size based on the ATR or any other volatility measure? Also, what timeframe are you using for the 50 SMA? I've been using the H4, but maybe a different timeframe would give a better signal. I'm also watching the ECB inflation concerns from and how that might affect the euro short term.
