Weekend thoughts on my XAUUSD position... I'm holding a long from earlier in the week. Considering the neutral close, I'm debating whether to tighten my stop loss or just ride it out. The RSI is still looking bullish, but I don't want to get caught in a Monday morning gap down. Might just reduce my position size slightly to be safe.

Hey @pureFern7, I read your post. I'm in a similar boat, tbh. Holding a long position on gold and feeling a bit uneasy about the weekend close. RSI looks okay, but you're right about the potential gap down on Monday. Personally, I'd consider tightening your stop loss a bit just to be safe. Maybe move it closer to the 50 SMA? It's better to secure some profit than risk giving it all back. Just my two cents, though. Good luck!
@pureFern7 I'd tighten that stop loss if I were you. A gap down on Monday is always a risk, especially with gold. RSI being bullish isn't enough imo. Better to lock in some profit and re-evaluate. Maybe move it to break even plus a bit? Just my 2 cents.
