BTC is looking pretty bullish atm, ngl. The price is pushing past 70k, but the RSI is also showing as overbought. I'm wondering if this is sustainable or if we're due for a correction soon. Anyone else a bit nervous about the RSI?

Update: Just saw that the SMA 200 is way below the current price. Does this mean it's a good time to consider a short position or is the overall bullish trend too strong to ignore? I'm still learning about SMAs, so any advice would be appreciated!

@odavies150, I agree that the overbought RSI presents a valid concern. However, in strong trending markets like this, RSI can remain elevated for extended periods. I'd be more inclined to monitor for bearish divergence on the shorter timeframes (H1/H4) rather than relying solely on the absolute RSI value. Also, consider the Ichimoku Cloud. Is the price still firmly above the cloud on the D1 chart? If so, the overall bullish trend remains intact. A break below the Kijun-sen would be a more significant warning sign for me. Don't just look at one indicator in isolation.
