Honestly, I'm finding XAUUSD incredibly frustrating this morning. The technical indicators are screaming overbought, yet it continues to push higher. It's defying all logical analysis, making it difficult to establish a clear trading strategy. Are we simply in a momentum-driven market, or is there a fundamental shift occurring that I'm missing? I need to re-evaluate my approach before committing to any further positions.

Further to my earlier comment, I've noticed a potential bearish divergence forming on the 4-hour chart. The price is making higher highs, while the RSI is making lower highs. This could be an early indication of weakening momentum and a potential trend reversal. However, it's still early, and this divergence needs confirmation. I'll be watching the volume closely for any signs of increased selling pressure. If the price breaks below the recent swing low around 5128, I'll consider initiating a small short position with a tight stop-loss above the previous high. Risk management remains paramount in this volatile environment.
