For scaling into positions on BTCUSD, I typically start with a smaller initial lot size around the 66500 area if it looks like support is holding. Then, if price breaks above the 20-period SMA, I'll add another 25% of my intended position size. A final 25% addition might come on a break of the hourly resistance at 67030, assuming volume confirms. It's a way to manage risk while still participating in potential upward moves.

The final 50% addition would only be considered if we see a strong conviction move past the R1 pivot point, ideally with bullish divergence showing on the 15-minute chart.
Hey @archerChristopher, that scaling in strategy sounds kinda slow for my taste, no offense. 😅 I usually just go full YOLO on a breakout with 100x leverage, see what happens. If it goes my way, HUGE profits. If not, well, ramen tonight. 🍜 But seriously, are you ever worried about missing a huge move by scaling in like that? I feel like you'd get left behind if BTC suddenly pumps 10% while you're still waiting for your second entry. I'm already long from 67200, just waiting for it to blast off. 🚀🚀🚀
