Man, I was so sure gold was gonna keep climbing after that geopolitical news yesterday. Went all-in on a 100x leverage long at 4750, thinking it was a sure thing. Ended up getting liquidated HARD when it flipped and dumped. Lesson learned: never underestimate how fast sentiment can switch, especially with this much leverage. Gotta respect the volatility, even when you're feeling invincible.

Dude @kevin1989, 100x leverage at 4750? That's some serious YOLO energy right there. Respect for the balls, but damn, that liquidation must have stung. I saw Kiyosaki talking up gold and silver again, saying we're heading for a 1974-like shift. That's why I've got a small position open now around 4640, not going crazy with leverage though, maybe 20x. Just feels like this sideways action is building up to something. If those inflation fears really ramp up and dollar weakens, gold could really rip. But yeah, your story is a brutal reminder to maybe ease off the max leverage sometimes, especially during these slow sessions. I'm just hoping this chop ends and it starts moving up, otherwise my account balance is gonna be looking rough.
