Ugh, the spreads on XAUUSD are KILLING me right now. It feels like the broker is just widening them on purpose when I try to get in or out. And the slippage lately? Absolutely brutal. Makes swing trading feel like a gamble just because of execution. So frustrating when you do your analysis and then the actual trade gets messed up.

Hey @sophiemusic, I feel your pain with the XAUUSD spreads and slippage. It's rough. I'm pretty new to this and it makes trading feel like a total lottery sometimes. Just trying to figure out if I should even bother trading during these Asian hours or wait for London. It's hard to make sense of the moves when the execution is so bad.
Totally agree @sophiemusic. The spreads on XAUUSD have been a nightmare lately. It makes trying to scalp or even swing trade feel like you're fighting the broker itself, not just the market.
