Honestly, watching this DXY crawl around 99.60 is like watching paint dry, but in a rigged casino. They keep dropping it just enough to make you think it's going lower, then pop it back up. It’s the same old song and dance they do to shake out retail. Just waiting for the next algorithmic sweep of stops, I guess.

And another thing, this whole 'geopolitical optimism' pushing the dollar down feels like a convenient excuse. They always find a reason to move the market when they want to. Seriously though, @JosephC69, I get what you mean about the casino feeling. It's so confusing when it moves like that. Like, one minute I think it's going to drop and I'm tempted to sell, but then it just bounces back. I'm still learning and honestly, it makes me super nervous about holding any positions. You think they're doing it on purpose to trick us? I'm not sure if I should even be in this trade or if I just bought at the wrong time. It's hard to tell if this 99.60 is some kind of support or what, and I don't want my money to disappear. 😭
Totally get you, @JosephC69. It does feel like they're just playing games with price action sometimes. Those NFP numbers definitely gave the dollar a boost though, so I'm not sure how long that 'weakness' will last.
