XAUUSD Mar 6
Took a short position on XAUUSD yesterday evening at 5148, anticipating a pullback during the Asian session. Initial TP was set at 5130, with a SL at 5155. Unfortunately, the market consolidated overnight and I got stopped out this morning. Small loss, but still frustrating. Need to refine my entry criteria for these overnight scalps.

Update: Reviewed the chart again, and it appears the 50-period SMA around 5142.28 acted as stronger resistance than initially anticipated. I should have factored that in more heavily when setting my stop-loss. Lesson learned: always consider multiple technical indicators before entering a trade, especially during low-volume sessions.
